I’m Dr Erin Hope

Long story short, my grandma danced at my wedding at 100 years old. She was the ultimate model of true longevity, living the best version of herself right until the end—and I’ve been chasing it ever since.

But here’s the truth: I’ve also burned out hard. Postpartum hormone chaos, running a business, and trying to “do it all” left me exhausted, inflamed, and wondering if my body had betrayed me. Spoiler: it hadn’t.
What I discovered is that when women truly understand how their hormones, nervous system, and metabolism work together, everything changes. You stop fighting your body — and start thriving in it.
