I'm Dr Erin Hope

From Catholic schoolgirl to lifeguard on the ocean, to an expat doctor raising three girls—I’ve lived through the burnout, the band-aid fixes, and the breakthroughs that shaped how I help women today.

I grew up in a conventional, medically-minded household. We ate a standard American diet, and I struggled with being overweight, breaking out, and heavy, painful periods. Every doctor had a different prescription—birth control, facial creams, weight loss programs, even harsh acne medications.

Not once did anyone ever talk to me about gut health, whole foods, or the way my hormones and lifestyle were driving so many of my symptoms.

What i learned 

our bodies are brilliant machines designed to survive in the environment around them. When we support them—and then get out of the way—they know exactly how to heal.

Nothing actually solved the problem, it just felt like one band-aid after another.

At 20, I wasn’t confident in my own skin and was making poor choices with alcohol to cope. My first real turning point came when I landed a job as an ocean lifeguard. That season transformed my fitness level and body image, but it also made me realize how much more support my body needed.

When I finally turned to chiropractic care, it wasn’t because I thought it would change everything—it was simply what I could afford at the time. But the results came fast and they were undeniable. For the first time, I felt my body wasn’t broken, it was designed to heal—if I would just support it and stop fighting against it.

That experience lit a fire in me. Within six months, I was on my way to becoming a chiropractor myself, determined to help other women stop guessing, stop suffering, and finally feel at home in their bodies again.

I’ve moved across the world, built a thriving practice, and raised three girls while living abroad in Singapore. I know what it feels like to juggle motherhood, marriage, and career while trying to keep your own health from falling apart.

Through it all, I’ve learned that women don’t need more fad diets or complicated protocols—they need simple, practical tools that actually fit into their real lives. Tools that lower stress, balance hormones, and restore confidence without adding to the overwhelm.

And that’s exactly what I share with you here.
